How Package Booking Works
Packages are not a single live inventory item yet. They combine products managed in different systems, so the ranch confirms every component before accepting a package payment.

3. Receive a Confirmed Proposal
OTP verifies lodging, horses, guides and add-ons, then returns the included items, exclusions, price, deposit and cancellation terms.
