The ranch team reviews rider experience and confidence, then assigns horses based on guest fit, horse welfare and the day's operating conditions.

Arrival-Through-Dismount Support
OTP guides guests through the basic preparation, mounting and dismounting steps associated with the booked experience.
What Is Not Automatically Included
Lodging, camping or glamping, meals, package add-ons, transportation and extended ranch time are separate unless they are expressly included in your confirmed reservation or proposal. The final Checkfront selection and confirmation control what you purchased.
Participation and Booking Requirements
Rider Fit
The maximum rider weight is 250 pounds. Provide accurate guest information so the ranch can determine whether a suitable guest-approved horse is available.
Experience Level
First-time riders are welcome on beginner-friendly options. The guide selects the horse, route and pace appropriate for the group and conditions.
Requirements to Confirm
Final age, helmet, accessibility and other participation details must be confirmed for the specific guest and ride. Contact the ranch before purchase if any requirement is unclear.
Availability is not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed. Weather, trail conditions, guide capacity, horse welfare and horse-to-rider matching can affect the final ride.
